Red Fuji Junmai Ginjo is neatly packaged in a 180ml ‘cup’ format; ideal for picnics, grab-and-go or just to enjoy without having to commit to opening a larger bottle.
Aromas of fresh apple, pear, creamy banana, lemon peel with some bread/yeast back-notes. The palate is surprisingly richer than the aroma would suggest: oily, round, smooth and medium-bodied. Slightly sweet with creamy apple, banana, raison, grapefruit and rice flavours.
Red Fuji is very enjoyable by itself but also big enough to stand up to richer foods like BBQ, mature cheeses, sweet & sticky sauces, curries, stews and steak.

Since ancient times, it has been said that the view of “Red Fuji” is especially auspicious. The label image is from Hoksuai’s famous “36 View of Mt Fuji”.
